Mission: The Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® provides valuable resources to our members and advocates for property rights.
About Us
We began in 1921 as the Denison Board of REALTORS®, then in 1968 joined with Sherman to become the Grayson County Board of REALTORS®. We were one of the original 13 REALTOR® associations in the state of Texas. Through the years, our membership began to consist of more than just Grayson county and the name was ultimately changed to what we use today, Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS®. And in 2021, we will celebrate our 100th anniversary!
Our mission is to provide our Members with the Tools to Achieve Success; Promote and Enforce the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and the Value of REALTOR® Services to Homeowners and Champions Private Property Rights Within the Community.
Our REALTORS® live, work, and play in our communities and are involved in the activities associated with the growth and maintenance of our neighborhoods, retail, and educational programs throughout the counties that we serve.
Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS®, Inc is a full-service trade-based volunteer association. Our membership is comprised of REALTORS® who are bound by the higher standard of professional practices as set forth in the Code of Ethics and our Affiliates, who provide services to our REALTOR® members and their clients.
